Your Workflow
Step 1: Get Your Starter Kit
Purchase our Starter Kit, which includes:
Impression gun
Impression trays with fiduciary markers
Radiopaque heavy-body VPS impression material
Step 2: Take the CBCT Scans
Take a heavy-body impression of the patient.
Take a CBCT of the patient while the the impression is fully seated.
Remove the impression and take a CBCT scan of the impression alone.
Step 3: Upload Your Files
Upload both DICOM files to our end-to-end encrypted platform.
WeTransfer, our file transfer service, uses HIPAA-compliant encryption to ensure data security.
Complete our digital lab form with your design specifications.
Step 4: Review & Approve Your Guide
We design the guide and send you a proof for review.
Request any changes at no additional cost.
Step 5: Precision 3D Printing & Delivery
Once approved, the guide is 3D printed in FDA-compliant resin.

We offer guided access guides for highly calcified canals or post removal and apicoectomy guides for any apicoectomy. Our only goal is to simplify your most complex cases as an Endodontist. How long does it take to get a surgical guide?
From the time of us receiving the CBCT of the patient and of the impression, we will get a design to you for approval within 3 business days. After approval, we will send the design to our specialized 3D printer and you will receive the final guide within 8 business days.
Do you offer guides for General Dentists?
